Central Mindanao University is pleased to announce that “Doorstep is now available”. The individual result for S.Y. 2024-2025 and other downloadable forms and documents for online enrolment are now accessible via doorstep. If you're one of the takers of this entrance examination, follow the steps below:
(PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND STEPS THOROUGHLY.)
- After reading the instructions and steps, close this prompt;
- Click "Register" button;
- Select category (ex. CMUCAT and ULHSAT) to confirm your identity as one of the takers;
- Input the application ID number found in your test permit;
- Click "Register" button. If your application ID number and name for registration did not match, do not register. Please email your name to admissions.oasp@cmu.edu.ph, and wait for further instruction;

- Log-in using your email address and password to view your score, and print all necessary documents and forms for online enrolment;

Note : (If you're a qualifier, you will download only the forms indicated in the video. Kindly disregard the other modules and forms)
- In the dashboard upon log-in, you can view the Notice of Result. Read this thoroughly, follow instructions and prepare all the documents as stipulated (if there is any). Then, look for OASP and Registrar requirements.
Note: For non-qualifiers, you can only view the notice of result. For qualifiers, you have modules as follows: OASP, Registrar, Hospital, NSTP and PTGC requirements depending on your grade or year level.
For incoming first year college students (CMUCAT qualifiers):
Download, 1) admission criteria and slots per course, and 2) enrolment process flowchart for incoming freshmen during COVID-19 (for those who take CMUCAT). Read and understand the table and process flowchart. You need to fill-out the student profile in order to print Form 2: Confirmation Slip. Include printing Form 1: Notice of Result. You can also download all the forms needed ahead of time: Privacy Statement, Sworn statement, Dental and Health Records Forms, Physical Exam Forms, NTSP Forms,
If you're qualified for admission, please confirm your intention to enroll on or before June 03, 2024 by filling-out the student profile and printing the confirmation slip in "Doorstep". Failure to do so means forfeiture of your slot.

For incoming Grade 7 students (ULHSAT qualifiers):
Print Form 1: Notice of Results. You need to fill-out the student profile in order to print Form 2: Confirmation Slip.

If you're qualified for admission, please email your intention to enroll on or before May 31, 2024 to cmulhs@cmu.edu.ph. Failure to do so means forfeiture of your slot.
